11 Reasons Why You Should Really Pay Your McDonogh Fund Pledge Today

1. Maybe just chillin' on the couch, and nom noming on some buttery popcorn seems like a super sweet plan right now, but remember Johnny M's rules for living? "Time is gold; throw not one minute away, but place each one to account." Pay your pledge, people!

2. You're gonna feel like this guy once you've done your part!

3. Make your gift today and increase your class's participation. Because seriously... are you really okay with letting college FRESHMEN destroy your class pride?

4. Do you REALLY need that cup of Starbucks tomorrow? Pay your pledge with that money instead. At least we'll spell your name correctly when we thank you for giving!

5. Don't want to get another email reminder? Then just do it today... pay your pledge right now, and you won't hear from us again!!

6. You may be all like, "meh", but there is $60,000 on the line here! If 600 young alumni give by June 30, Henry A. Rosenberg, Jr. '48 will chip in $60K. Don't back out now! We only need 84 more participants.

7. We're not asking for a million bucks here, we just ask for you to "be the best of whatever you are." Give what you can.

8. We're trying to be friendly about this and not beg.... but there are only two weeks to go and we really need your help to make this happen, so....

9. Honey Boo Boo, back at it again this year...Your dollar really makes us holler...

10. It's just like ripping off a band aid... except you won't end up with that weird sticky residue on your skin. And you'll feel so much better once you've done it.
