4. 4. Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked (2011)

This is the worst by far and the one with a lackluster story and was just used as a cashgrab for Fox to get a few bucks. The only good thing about this movie is the animation it looks more fleshed out than the previous two films but other than that this is just a forced out mess. My Score: 1/10

3. 3. Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip (2015)

20th Century Fox

I found it an improvement over the third film and a great watch. It focuses more on the Alvin and the Chipmunks than the Chipettes which steal the spotlight over the third film. Overall this movie is a great watch with some laughs along the way My Score: 5/10

2. 2. Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel (2009)

20th Century Fox

This movie is the best sequel (squeakquel) of the franchise because it has a lot more heart than the next two films and tells a story about the Chipmunks losing they're role in the music business and Zachary Levi played a good part in the film too but it doesn't hold up to the top film on this list My Score: 7/10

The original is still the best to this day not even The Squeakquel could beat it and it's not too far off but overall this movie was fantastic and implied that not all Live-Action remakes are bad and can really be a great watch. My Score: 10/10
