During a WGN TV report about Chicago's recent bizarre weather, a shirtless runner made a cameo with a very important message for us all.
Starts off pretty simple... just out for a casual run in the pouring rain.
No big deal, does it all the time...

Needless to say, WGN TV's Facebook has nearly imploded under the weight of Ethan thirst.
One thing's for certain: Chicago wasn't the wettest thing about this weather report.
