A new trailer for the highly anticipated Finding Dory came out over the weekend, apparently in more ways than one.
A few keen Twitter users noticed what looks to be Pixar's first queer couple.
That new #FindingDory trailer released this morning? I think that's the first lesbian couple in a @DisneyPixar film.
While Disney Pixar has not commented on the apparent couple, people are already celebrating:

Many have also pointed out that the couple may not play a major role in the film's plot, but including LGBT families within the film as the norm is a huge step for the animation giant.
So the internet is imploding over potential background lesbians in #FindingDory doesn't that prove how much #representationmatters in media?
