1/2 stick butter, softened
10 g (1/3 cup) fresh parsley, finely chopped
50 g (1/3 cup) green onions, sliced
10 g (1/3 cup) fresh oregano, minced
5 cloves garlic cloves, minced
50 g (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
60 g (1/2 cup) fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped
50 g (1/2 cup) shredded parmesan cheese
1 baguette, 8-inch (20cm)
1. Preheat oven to 400Â°F (200Â°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the butter, herbs, garlic, and cheese, and mix until smooth.
3. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, then spread the butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the baguette.
4. Place the baguette a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges.
5. Slice, cool, and serve!
