Best 3 Places In The World To Get Married

The perfect wedding deserves the perfect destination. Sure you could use your local church. Alternatively you could choose one of these amazing wedding locations for the ideal wedding ceremony, reception and disco. Lets get started with the top 3 best places in the world to get married.

    1. Boracay Island in the Philippines

Boracay is the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines. It is world renowned for the white sand on the main beach. The water is shallow and free from corals and rocks. This gives it the most beautiful turquoise color in the whole of Southeast Asia.

Boracay is home to amazing 5 star luxury resorts on the beach. These include the Shangri La which has it's own private beach in the north of the island.

More wedding parties choose to hold their event at one of the luxury hotels at the north end of the world famous White Beach. Hotels such as Discovery Shores and Friday's Boracay offer wide stretches of powdery fine sand and full catering services.

There are also more moderately prices options too. The golden rule is to use one of the hotels at the north end of white beach because there are less people and a higher standard of hotels.

One of the best things about Boracay are the sunsets. The tropical location means there are often clouds in the sky; this can help create amazing sunsets. Thankfully the main White Beach directly faces West.

After an afternoon wedding ceremony the happy couple can take a romantic sunset sail together. You can choose from simple sail boats with no engines, to luxurious yachts. Later on you can have your reception and live music on the beach.

    2. The Algarve in Portugal

Southeast Asia is very far for most people, which means not all of your friends and family will be able to make it. If you live in Europe then Portugal is probbaly the best place to get married.

The southern coast in the Algarve region is lined with spectacular cliffs and beaches. The Algarve is easy to get to with cheap charter flights taking just over 2 hours from the likes of Ireland and the UK to Faro Airport.

The sand isn't quite as white in Portugal, but it is still very pleasant. It is usually lighter than in the photo above. One great way to have an affordable wedding is to book one of the many villas or hotels just outside of the main summer holiday season. This will give you and your wedding party a great deal for a very special marriage experience.
