Halloween has become a monthlong event at this point, and what better way to celebrate than chatting about movies? (And eating copious amounts of fun-size candy bars. Something about the lil' Twix tastes better than the big Twix, y'know?)
But I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to horror movies, so I'm no expert. That means I'd like to hear from you: What is the most underrated, absolutely fantastic horror movie (or TV show) that everyone should watch?
Maybe you'll tell anyone who will listen that the absolute best horror films are the ones from the 1920s and '30s, like The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari (1920).
It's possible that you don't hear enough people talking about your favorite terrifying flick because it was produced internationally or in a language you don't speak.
Or perhaps your favorite horror moments come from a TV show or movie that wouldn't otherwise be qualified as horror.
If you can't get through the month of October without giving it a rewatch, we want to hear about it. Tell us your underrated favorite and why you love it for the chance to be featured in a future BuzzFeed Community post.
