    1. A posture corrector that'll basically force you to move with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed for 100% of the time that you wear it. It's also supposed to help your body learn to sit and stand that way naturally. You can even wear it while you work out!

You can wear this while you're working out, just chilling around the house, or whenever you go out. It can be worn over or underneath clothes.

Promising review: "I have been wearing this for an hour at a time. I have honestly been able to tell a huge difference in my posture! It’s almost like it won’t let you slouch. It’s been super helpful during workouts too! You can’t even really tell that it’s on! Or, if you’re a college student it feels like a backpack is their except without the weight of it!" —Niqui Higbee

Get it from Amazon for $19.99.

    2. A 90-day fitness journal to help you STOP obsessing over losing weight and keep the focus on your overall wellness. This journal features motivational quotes and will help you track hours of sleep you get, the meals you eat, your water intake, and more!

Promising review: "After a lot of reviewing I finally found a fitness and nutrition tracker that works for me AND at a great price. 3. A Signature Design by Ashley Furniture Mattress that I own and can vouch for. Believe me, this pillowtop mattress will have your back and neck singing your praises from the first night you sleep on it. Getting great sleep is a major key to staying physically and mentally well.

Since I spend so much time sitting at a computer desk, my neck and back (and wrists, honestly) are always pretty mad at me by the end of the day. I also realized that having super firm mattresses wasn't helping the matter. When I moved to my new apartment, I vowed that I would hunt for an AFFORDABLE mattress with a plush feel. After comparing mattresses (price, firmness, size, shipping details) on the Wayfair, Walmart, and Amazon websites — I finally settled on the plush 10" full-size mattress. I've been sleeping on it for about four months now and have had a noticeable decrease in back and neck pain. I also sleep so soundly every single night and I fall asleep fairly quickly, too. This is definitely the Amazon "find" that I'm most proud of ever in life.

Get it from Amazon for $208.69+ (available in sizes twin to California King, in two heights, and in three firmness choices).

    4. OR, a soft and lightweight sleep mask to cover the majority of your face and totally black out any light so you can finally get all the ZZZ's your body needs to be at its best. It even has a nose flap so no light can sneak in through there.

Promising review: "Normally I don't write reviews but I felt I had to say that this is the most comfortable eye mask I have ever worn. It's extremely soft to the touch. It feels so good on the face and completely blocks out any light. I don't even notice the two adjustable head straps because they are also so comfortable. I normally work 12-hour night shifts so I'm sleeping through the day. I always had issues with constantly waking up even with blackout curtains because the sunlight was still getting around them, but since I've started wearing the mask, I have had no disrupted sleep and I am dead to the world during the day with this on." —Chibimuffin

Get it on Amazon for $9.99 (available in three styles and two colors).

    5. A handy-dandy device that'll light up when you need a reminder to drink more water, you cactus!

Promising review: "I am terrible about drinking water!!! I have tried so many things to get better: Insulated water bottles that keep your water cold. Water bottles with time marks on them to help you keep track of how much you drank throughout the day. Those bottles are all great but I would still forget. I even tried apps that remind you to drink water. They are also great but I would just snooze them. This product is the only thing that has worked!! It’s so simple, yet so brilliant. It’s not super high-tech. It’s simply a band you put around any water bottle that will flash if you haven’t picked it up in 30 minutes. Want to snooze the flashing light? Drink water. Done. It really has made a huge difference for me." —Cassie A.

Get it from Amazon for $25 (available in nine colors).

    6. An acupressure mat and pillow set to bring a satisfyingly prickly relaxation experience to your post-workout time. The tiny spikes are meant to help get your blood moving. Reviewers sing this thing's praises with most noting that laying on it bare-backed OR with clothes on helped them relieve tension, stress, and helped them rest better afterward. ALSO, this set made Serena Williams' list of favorite wellness things on Amazon and well, if it's good enough for the greatest athlete in the world....

Heads up: Lots of reviewers noted that the pressure needles can be painful if you just lay on them abruptly without clothes for the first time. Many recommended that you wear a shirt the first time and lay on it for just a few minutes.

Promising review: "I got this because I had a sore and tense neck and upper back and can't afford regular massages. I was skeptical when I unpacked this because it didn't seem like anything special and the color seemed duller than pictured. Looks are deceiving, so I tried it out right away. Reviews suggested that beginners start with their clothes on but I hardly felt anything that way, so I went bare-back immediately... The initial feeling was a bit like a back scratch — like it felt good. After a few minutes, it started to burn but in a good way. I found myself closing my eyes and relaxing. When I got up, I could definitely feel the difference! I have tried it both in bed and on the floor and both are effective, but especially on the floor. I've even caught my cat resting on it. It came with a small manual with pictures of how this can work in other positions too, like sitting, on your stomach, thighs, or feet." —FishyBirdMLS

Get it from Amazon for $19.99 (available in seven colors).

The mixers are also alcohol- and gluten-free and the brand offers three quick recipes!

Promising review: "This is the best keto margarita mix I have found!!! I had tried making my own margaritas with mostly just lime juice and tequila but it was lacking the sweetness. These are fantastic and I love the individual bottles so I can take them with me! I’m excited about trying the other flavors." —Amy Anderson

Get it from Amazon for $34.99 (available in a four-ounce pack of 12 or a 25-ounce pack of three).

    8. A bath pillow that'll give you something to rest your head and neck on whenever you want to sit, chill, and soak after your workout sessions.

Promising review: "I can finally use my large soaking tub! This pillow has revolutionized my bath experience. I get in that thing to relax and now that I have this bath pillow I can do just that! The pillow offers the perfect neck support. The padding is firm and hits the right spots so you can truly lean back and say 'aaaah.' The suction cups are quite strong, which I appreciate because then the pillow is not slipping around. It is washable which is a HUGE plus so I don’t have to worry about it getting gross and moldy. It came in nice packaging and has a bag that you can store it in. I foresee many baths in my future with this pillow. Great purchase!" —Amazon Customer

Also, love products made by women!" —AJ Green

Promising review: "I’ve had AirPods for about a year now and I really enjoy them but I cannot play basketball with them or go to the gym without the fear of them falling off. With these Powerbeats it doesn’t matter what I do. They stay on your ears and the sound quality is a million times better!" —Shady350

Promising review: "These resistance loops were exactly what I was looking for. I go to a local gym and although they provide the majority of the machines and workout tools I need, they do not provide resistance bands. I also wanted to amp up my workouts at home, including stretches that strengthen my neck and shoulders after having had surgery on them both over the last two years. These bands were very high quality and come in a cute little bag that can be easily slipped into my gym bag or I can just bring one or two in my pocket. I have folded one up and put it in my sports bra to be completely honest! The varying weights are apparent in the thickness of the bands and they are clearly marked both by printed strength and the color differences. The packet they came in has also been helpful in that it provides the strengths and correlating estimated pounds so I have hung on to that as a reference... They have already helped me build muscle and tone my abs, glutes, and legs. There are so many exercises that can be done with these handy little bands and for such an inexpensive price! Perfect." —Marcie Raye

Promising review: "I got these because I take loud indoor cycling classes about four times a week and started to notice my right ear wasn't happy about it. I love losing myself in loud music so I wanted something that would cut down just enough to where I feel safe without sacrificing my experience much. I've worn them for about a week now and they're great for my purpose. It's taken a bit of adjustment. If I push them too far in, then I find I lose too much of the audio and have a hard time hearing my instructor's cues. If I push them to where they're just barely in my ear, then they're perfect! Even though I'm running and sweating, I've had no issues with them staying put, which was my worry at first. I found that where I angle the tip also makes a difference in how much noise is let in, so keep that in mind and see if it makes a difference for you. I keep these in my bag now and I do go to loud concerts with some frequency, so that will be their next test!" —Maria

    Adidas / Via,

I own a black pair of these and they're seriously one of the comfiest sneakers I've ever worn (the other is this pair of New Balances) in my 28 years of life. The "Cloudfoam" insole really does make it feel like your feet are walking on clouds. I thought that feeling might go away after several months of wear but the sneakers remain fluffy and relaxing. The sneakers were so comfortable that I started wearing them to the gym, to work, and even matching them with cute dresses for going-out looks. You'll probably want to order two pairs of these babies so you don't wear out a single pair after you fall in love. I bought my mom a pair as well.

They're super cute, look exactly as pictured, and are true to size. I always wear a six and the six fits me perfectly. I’ve had them for over two months and they have not worn out at all. They wipe clean and don’t stain, which is amazing! I regularly run outside so I destroy my running shoes. I will say I hope they shrink just a tad when I wash them because I have a very narrow 7 1/2 foot and I could stand for them to be slightly more snug." —Amanda

I don't have to worry about my puppies jumping out when I do yoga poses. Some of my friends from class asked about where I got them. Also, the range of colors work well with lots of yoga clothes.
