Peter Dutton's Browser History Is Quite Unbelievable

    Stop the coats.

Immigration minister Peter Dutton is a famously secretive guy. He's introduced legislation to reduce transparency of Australia's asylum seeker network and asked federal police to investigate leaks from within the Immigration Department.

So earlier this year, Labor asked Dutton's office to open up its search history. The data shows the most visited websites in his ministerial office... and... wait... there at number three, visited nearly 30,000 times, is online shopping retailer The Iconic.

"REALLY. THE ICONIC?" you're asking. Well, according to several people familiar with this sort of thing, the domain eve.theiconic.com.au is tied to the retailer's API, that is the The Iconic's phone app.

BuzzFeed News asked Peter Dutton's office about all the online shopping data, and what's hot for the coming spring/summer season.
