Kim Kardashian Admitted To Photoshopping Her Holiday Card This Year And, Honestly, It Makes Sense
Yes, the selfie expert, too, has her photo limits.
With her own coffee table book of selfies, you could say Kim Kardashian West excels at taking and posing for photos. But even she has her limitations. Well, at least when she's also including all of her family members.
This year, the Kardashian-Wests shared their holiday card, which was noticeably casual considering the lengths Kim's family has gone to to capture their seasonal greeting before.
It was an adorable capture of Kim, Kanye, North, Saint, Chicago, and baby Psalm.
But, as low-key as it looked, it was impossible to achieve — so impossible that it is actually photoshopped, as Kim just revealed to Ellen DeGeneres.

“It’s the most anxiety to get four kids together smiling in a room,” she told the talk show host, before sharing that North "refused" to participate.
“North was having a day, so she refused to be in the shoot," Kim said. "She just was crying because she wanted her specific hairstyle, whatever.”
“I said, ‘Fine, you’re not gonna be in the card. That’s the decision, you’re not gonna be in the card. I’m just going to take the family card without you.’ And she was fine with that. The next day she woke up and was like, ‘Mommy, I really want to do a card.'”
So Kim scheduled an impromptu makeup shoot to include North.
Thank god the photographer was still in town. She said, ‘I just want a photoshoot with just you.’ So I said, ‘Perfect,’ I called the photographer, had her come over. I said, ‘I have no makeup on now, I look totally different. Let’s just pretend — shoot us, but cut me out and you’ll photoshop her in.’ And it looks like a beautiful card.
“There’s always one!”
Kim also shared why the whole Kardashian/Jenner family won't have one of their famous holiday cards this year, saying she's over handling the logistics and "drama."
“First of all, it was just a time thing,” she said. “It was just a time thing of why I couldn’t wrangle everybody and I was like, ‘This isn’t my job. I’m not gonna sit here and try to get everyone to do a card. I’m gonna do one with my kids and my husband and my family.’ And even that was so dramatic.”
Although, now that photoshopped family cards are becoming the Kardashian norm, maybe they could just quickly whip one up with the whole fam for this year.
Hey, weirder photoshopped Kardashian moments have happened.
