Because it helps me get off the couch when I've spent the last 5 hours watching pretty little liars and have become afraid of humans.

When my mind starts racing and I can't sleep, I just put on my favorite movie, Rocky Horror Picture Show, to drown out my mind and make me happy. I don't know but there's something about Tim Curry in fish nets that cures any mental illness for at least 2 hours.
