Michelle’s longtime makeup artist, Carl Ray, gave her a gorgeous smoky eye by Rihanna's Fenty Beauty that perfectly complemented her burgundy outfit.
Ray detailed the products he used on the former first lady’s gorg face in an interview with Elle, which included Fenty Matchstix Contour and Fenty Flyliner liquid eyeliner. He described the eyeliner as a "true inky black that stays put all day and night." Truth.
