Erebus in Pontiac, Michigan. It’s in a huge old warehouse and has a Guinness World Record for longest walk-through haunt- it’s 4 stories! The owners have a full-time staff and spend the entire off-season revamping it for the next year. The best thing about it is that it’s not all jump-scares where things pop out at you. A lot of stuff messes with your mind. The year I went, they had an area that made you feel like you were walking on a narrow ledge, and another that felt like I was being buried alive. I definitely don’t recommend it for people who are highly claustrophobic, but it was hands-down the best haunted house I’ve ever seen. I don’t live in MI anymore, but it would be worth the trip back during the Halloween season!
