You need to slow your roll.

You tend to give more importance to logic rather than your emotions. Remember that life is a combination of both and often defies logic.

Learn to listen to your heart more.

Remember to take a step back from your emotions when you are overwhelmed. They can often fog your judgment. Breathe, relax, and everything will be okay.
