Ingrdients:
1 tbsp Manuka Health Manuka Honey MGO 115
1 cup oats
2 cups almond milk
1 orange, zested and juiced
½ tsp cinnamon
4 cardamom pods
1 fig
1 tbsp buckinis
1 tbsp almond flakes

3 tbsp water

Method:
STEP 1: Place a saucepan on medium heat, then add almond milk, Manuka honey, orange zest and juice, cinnamon and cardamom pods. Once the milk starts to simmer, add oats in and stir quickly. Cook for five minutes until thick, stirring occasionally to help it from sticking to the pan. Adjust milk to your preferred consistency.
STEP 2: To make the syrup, place a small saucepan on medium heat and add water, frozen blueberries and Manuka honey. Using a wooden spoon, stir the blueberries and firm press on them so they release their juices. The mixture should turn purple and thicken up after 4-5 minutes.
