    1. An adult swaddle that's gonna help save you from insomnia and have you sleeping so soundly your baby's gonna be jealous.

Hatch Sleep, Mallory Mower / BuzzFeed

I recently replaced my weighted blanket with a Sleep Pod and I am never going back. I appreciated the comfort that I got from a weighted blanket, but it was so hot I wasn't able to last under it for long. The fabric is breathable and so lightweight that I can comfortably use it in the summer and throw it in my tote bag on vacations. I feel calm and comforted every time I get in. I've used it while napping, while trying to calm down before going to bed at night, and while sitting on the sofa and needing some extra stress relief when binge-watching Chernobyl got too stressful. I can't rave enough about this thing, but I'll certainly keep trying!

Promising review: "For a lifelong sufferer of miserable Restless Leg Syndrome, this is nothing short of a miracle! I was skeptical that the pod could help me, since nothing else has ever helped me, but I think since the pod contains my thrashing movements, I’m not waking myself up over and over at night. My dreams are typically very vivid and I usually don’t feel like I had a chance to turn my mind off and disconnect. I think I am getting more REM sleep with the pod because I haven’t remembered my dreams these past four nights. Also, I run hot so it’s a pleasant surprise that the pod truly is breathable and not sweaty." —Jennifer C

    3. A massaging shower head with 30 different settings so you can wash away the stress of the day, literally.

Promising review: "My family really loves this dual shower head. I especially love the mist setting on the large head — it filled my bathroom with with hot steam when I was very sick with the flu/pneumonia. The large head is great for relaxing muscles and washing your hair. I grab the small head to rinse body parts. The small hand-held shower head is also great for giving your dog a bath and washing down the shower walls and tub. Both heads have settings that are either high pressure or lower pressure, depending on how many holes have water jetting out of them as per setting selected. I bought this during a lightening deal, but I would buy it again at full price. This is a great product and easy to install." —M. Spencer

And it decided to keep the luxury coming with a heat compress and built-in music settings to help you really relax. It uses a rechargeable lithium battery with USB and it'll last a full week when used 15 minutes a day, so feel free to treat yourself daily!

Promising review: "My job requires me to stare at a computer monitor all day long. My eyes are often stressed at the end of a work day, to the extent that I don't even watch TV anymore. A friend recommended I get this eye massager. It is worth every penny. The soft massaging motion with the smooth fiber touching the eyes releases the stress from my eyes quickly. The massaging motion to the temples and the soothing music is also really helpful. My favorite music is the water dripping sound. The product looks great and is clearly high quality. I am using it every day now and plan to bring it with me when I travel. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an eye massage (and who doesn't need one these days?)." —Linda Peng

The lavender smell is light but definitely present — just enough to catch a scent while you sleep but not enough to overwhelm the senses. As a family we have decided that we need at least two of the neck wraps in our household. The material is soft and comfy. What I personally like the most is the high back neck feature.
