"Towels aren't something I've cared all that much about before. I knew my cheap Target ones could be better, and they'd definitely gotten less absorbent and less soft but there wasn't much I was gonna do about it. Then I got these Pact towels. And I'm in love with them — the upgrade was long overdue! These towels are my home now. 5. A cruelty-free nail polish remover if you're looking for a formula that gets tough polish off in just one swipe — we don't have *all day* to get every trace of that bright or glittery polish off.

"I know — nail polish remover is not one of those things that feels like an exciting impulse buy. In fact, it's one of those products that everyone low-key hates but needs. But folks, let me tell you — I got a sample of this stuff along with some polish from Orly and did my nails last weekend. After one swipe, I said aloud, 'This is the best remover I have ever used' (and that sentiment is echoed in the reviews on the product listing). I was sure I wasn't using enough, but one swipe to my nail took pretty much E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G off with zero effort! My nails were clean and ready to repaint in a minute or less, with no scrubbing. The remover itself is even a pretty purple color! The only thing I don't love about it is the frustrating pop top, but that can easily be avoided by screwing off the cap like you do with most remover bottles." —Katy Herman

6. A splurge-worthy Samsung Frame TV if you don't want to waste your precious wall space on just a television. When this bb is off you can set it to look like a photo or a piece of art — and it comes in a chic frame so no one will be the wiser.

7. Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula hand cream, which is a game-changer when your hands have gone beyond dry as we enter the winter months (and also just more months of vigorous hand-washing).

"I cannot stand having dry hands. One semester of high school, I had a ceramics class first thing in the morning, and if you've worked with clay you know how dry your hands get afterwards. Almost every day I forgot to bring lotion with me to school, and every day, for the whole rest of the day I would angrily rub my hands together in dry despair. I only use it when I need it, sticking to regular lotion for everyday use, but when New York Clanking Radiator Season began a few weeks ago (also known as DRY AS TOAST season), I've started using it as needed again. It's really healing and great – 10/10 would recommend, *before* your hands start to get seriously chapped. 8. A double-breasted blazer if you've been wanting to add the perfect jacket to your wardrobe — this classic plaid piece'll never go out of style!

"I've been a Dyson stick vac user for many years now and have been fairly happy with it. I certainly wasn't in the market for a new vacuum, especially one that has a price tag even higher than a Dyson. But LG sent me the CordZero A9 Kompressor Stick Vacuum to test out. Yes, it is more than you'd ever want to spend on such a device. But it does a significantly better job than my Dyson (sorry, James). I was gobsmacked at the amount of dirt the vacuum sucked up from a carpet that had just recently been vacuumed. But here's the best part: there's a 'Kompressor' lever for compressing all that dirt so you can empty the bin without making an even bigger mess than the one you just cleaned up.

The vac comes with two detachable and rechargeable batteries for up to 120 minutes of cleaning time. There's a charging stand, standard brush attachments, an easy-to-clean filter, and the dang thing has Wi-Fi that uses an app to "check on your vacuum's cleaning history and conduct product diagnostics."
