Sleeping is vital to a healthy body and mind. A good way to calm your mind after a stressful week is by taking a quick nap or making sure to get a good nights rest. Don't fall into the trap that it is a "cool" idea to stay up all night cramming and stressing for a exam. Sleep is actually the cool thing to do!
Managing your time is important when creating a stress free zone. When everything is prioritized and you carve out the time to get things done instead of cramming, you'll find your life a lot less stressful.
Working out is just as good for your mental health as it is your physical health. When you work out your body releases all kinds of hormones that help reduce your stress and calm you down.
The most important thing you can do for yourself while in college in have fun with everything that you do. Life is to short to be stressed and anxious all the time. Making the best out of every situation is key to having a healthy stress free life style!
