
Winter Spice Latte
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups milk
- 2 shots of espresso
- Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Preparation:
Add the honey, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to a small pot over low heat. Stir until runny and fully combined. Stir in the milk and heat until warm.
Pour the milk mixture into the Goodful Immersion Blender. Carefully blend for about 30 seconds, until frothy.
Pour a shot of espresso into each mug. Divide frothy milk between the mugs. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve immediately.
Peppermint Mocha Latte
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 shots of espresso
- Candy canes, for garnish
Preparation:
Add the milk and chocolate chips to a small pot over low heat. Stir occasionally until the milk is warm and chocolate is fully melted. Stir in the peppermint extract.
Pour the chocolate milk into the Goodful Immersion Blender. Carefully blend for about 30 seconds, until frothy.
Pour a shot of espresso into each mug. Divide the frothy milk between the mugs. Garnish with candy canes and serve immediately.
