We all know the song "Last Christmas" that plays basically on repeat during this time of year. Well, it's TRASH and here's why.
You all know the chorus.
But this song, without fail, will always get me to change the radio station to avoid it.
Because...
IT SHOULDN'T BE A FUCKING CHRISTMAS SONG
But think about it... It has nothing to do with the holiday season. If you removed the LITERAL word "Christmas", it'd just be another 80's song about heartbreak.
This song just uses the word "Christmas" to earn yearly plays on the radio. If it said "Last October I gave you my heart", no one would give a shit.
Can we just PLEASE give this song a collective 'thank u, next'??
