Nicole Kidman Claims That She Clapped Weird At The Oscars Because She Was Wearing A Giant Ring

On February 26, 2017, Nicole Kidman clapped weird.

The citizens of the planet wanted an explanation. WHY, NICOLE. WHY DID YOU CLAP LIKE THAT?

And now, she has come forward to provide us with a reason. This is what she said in an interview with US:

“It was really awkward. I was like, ‘I wanna clap, I don’t wanna not be clapping’ — that’d be worse, right? Like ‘Why isn’t Nicole clapping?’ So therefore I’m clapping but it was really difficult because I had a huge ring on that was not mine — but it was absolutely gorgeous — and I was terrified of damaging it.”

So basically she's saying she was clapping all funny because she had a giant ring on. It is true, there's a big ring on her right hand, which can be seen in another gif of her clapping weird:

So yes, this explanation would make sense — if this was the first offense!!!
