11 Officers Shot By Snipers At Dallas Protest, 5 Dead
- Dallas police are negotiating with a suspect after snipers killed at least five officers Thursday night. Three other people are in custody, officials said.
- The suspects targeted officers from garages during a protest and march, Dallas Police Chief David Brown said.
- About 100 officers were monitoring a protest over this week's police killings of two black men in Minnesota and Louisiana, Brown said.
