Chicken Cottage are not prolific on Twitter. In fact they've only tweeted twice so far in 2015.
With fewer than a thousand followers, they might not be what you call power users.
They don't even have the @chickencottage user name. Someone else nabbed that, so they've settled for @chickencottagel.
But when they do tweet, they make it count.
As you'd expect, they are upbeat about their product.
They promote particular items from the menu.
And share the latest news from corporate HQ.
They post gorgeous photos.
They share YouTube videos, such as this one of the glitzy Chicken Cottage Awards.
And this one of the Chicken Cottage logo.
Occasionally they'll retweet regional branches.
They're always keen to elicit feedback from customers.
Though to be honest they're not always that great at dealing with complaints.
In fact this is about the only time they've ever responded to one.
And it didn't go all that well.
Sometimes it can seem as though they're not entirely focused on the immediate job of promoting Chicken Cottage.
But that's OK, because they're not about the hard sell.
They're just here to spread a little sunshine.
Keep tweeting, Chicken Cottage. You are awesome.
