1. Put all your weight on the ball of your foot you intend to keep still
2. Shift your weight
3. Slide on the HEEL, not the ball, of your foot
4. Take a long stride
5. The length of your stride should be the same as when you walk normally
6. Keep your upper body moving at a constant speed backwards and without bouncing
7. You've got it!
