Self love that comes from The inside, is the only way to feel peace joy and happiness. Lisa Dwoskin is on a mission to educate people on ways to find inner happiness and self love. Through meditation, and positive mindset, people can turn their lives around just by changing the thoughts that go on in their head. When one changes the thoughts in their minds, the body and spirit begin to feel more alive. Positive mindset is not only accomplished through meditation and self love, it also occurs through proper nutrition and exercise.

Lisa Dwoskin has a degree in both Psychology and Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami. She owned Metamorphecise Spa and Health Club in Pembroke Pines, Fla. for the past 13 years. Now she is a Life Coach, Fitness Expert and Model, Writer, Author, and Publisher. She also does many speaking engagements around the U.S. on Meditation, Positive Mindset, and Healing from the inside out.

Lisa lives, breathes, eats and sleeps fitness! Another major component, is building healthy and happy relationships with others. This is not just through intimate relationships, but through friendships as well.. Spreading the message of love is what makes us healthier and happier as individuals.
