Response to Interesting Street Food From Around The World:
While tea is very common anywhere and everywhere it looks as if that man is selling piping hot sahlep, which is way more interesting than tea. Its a starchy drink made from orchid tubers. Usually topped with powered cinnamon. Really delicious. The pretzels aren’t pretzels. It is simit, which is just bread. Kind of like a bagel. Also very popular/common street food is fresh squeezed nar (pomegranate juice).
