-1/2 an apple
-1/2 tsp. lime or lemon juice
-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-1 tbsp. oat flour
-1/2 tsp. honey
-1 tbsp. quick oats
-1/2 tbsp. oil
Instructions (full on blog)
1. Cut half of an apple and slice that into small pieces.
2. Put your apple pieces in a microwave-safe mug, then add lime and cinnamon and stir.
3.In a separate bowl, add in your oats, oat flour, honey, and oil until all the ingredients are combined. It should form a crumbly mixture.
4. Dump your crumb topping on your apples
5. Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH. if needed, add some more time.
6.Serve with yogurt or ice cream, garnish with an apple slice, and enjoy!
