Spend less time on social media

Try to switch out that cup of soda for a water every once in a while in the new year. Drinking more water has TONS of benefits, so maybe it really will be a new year, new you!

Drink more water

It's easier said than done, but your body will thank you. Even though its tempting to binge watch your favorite show until 3 a.m., try tucking in a little earlier so you can feel more energetic in the morning.

Get more sleep

Plan a spontaneous trip, go to a museum, or have a game night together. The possibilities are endless! Take 2020 to appreciate the friends you have and leave all of the negative people back in 2019.
