Once I was stretching my hamstring in a doorway to make sure I didn't get injured and my foot slipped out of my hand and whacked into the floor. I ended up fracturing two toes trying not to pull a muscle.

I fractured and displaced my four smaller metatarsals in my left foot, tripping in my front yard. I got my right leg caught in a tomato cage and my left foot went forward, rolled and I subsequently needed surgery and two pins put into my foot. It is by far my lamest injury story.… Read More
