    A highly regarded rheumatologist once PATTED ME ON THE HEAD and told me to "just keep living life the best I could" when I told him that, at age 19, I could no longer walk more than three blocks or one flight of stairs without my ankle joint coming out of place. He didn't do a gait…

    I tried to make these cute strawberry Santas for a volunteer meeting in December a few years ago and it took me MONTHS to realize I probably should have used ice cream instead of whipped cream from a can. At least everyone got a good laugh out of it!
