THE POWER OF FLOWERS
I love flowers. Whether they want to admit it or not most buyers decide to make an offer based off their emotions. As the home seller, it is your job to help buyers become emotionally invested enough in your property to make an offer. This is not always a simple task to achieve. One of the simplest ways to create an emotional connection is with the placement of fresh beautiful flowers in a room. Can you pass a flower shop without a smile instantly being put on your face? I know I can't. Flowers have the ability to lighten your mood and create a sense of happiness. There are many theories as to why this is the case and I'm not here to single out any one reason. What I can tell you is that there is never a reason to not to have flowers present in a home for sale.
