I’ve had the can mix up before. Labeled as peas, contents was peaches. The ink labeling on the can said peaches as well, just the paper label said peas. the entire case was that way.
This article contradicts itself, You can’t say she accidentally used gorilla glue and then two sentences later acknowledge that she was fully aware of what she put in her hair. She obviously underestimated how strong it is, but it wasn’t a kn accident
What she’s doing is asking for an unreasonable amount of money, so that the company will still offer her a bunch of money in a settlement.
