Lea & Perrins Quick Snacks 4 Ways

These super-speedy Lea & Perrins snacks are the perfect way to impress your friends.🤩

3-Ingredient Smoky Caramel Popcorn

Oil to grease

70g plain popped popcorn

150g granulated sugar

A pinch of smoked paprika

A few drops Worcestershire sauce

1. Lightly grease the inside of a large mixing bowl. Add the popcorn.

2. Place a large, wide saucepan over a low/medium heat and add the sugar in an even layer.

3. Heat the sugar until the sides start to melt, about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it as once it starts to melt, the rest will melt quickly. When it starts to melt, do not stir. Instead, tilt and shake the pan to even out the sugar.

4. Once the sugar has fully melted, continue heating for a few more minutes until the caramel is a deep, amber colour. Watch it closely. If it's too dark, it will burn.

5. Once done, remove from the heat and quickly whisk in the paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Be careful. It will foam up slightly.

6. Immediately pour the caramel over the popcorn and stir together using a silicone spatula until the popcorn is coated. Leave to harden, then break the popcorn into clusters. Transfer to a large bowl and serve.

140g pizza sauce

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce plus extra to sprinkle

2 bagels, split

100g grated mozzarella

6 pepperoni slices, halved

1. Heat oven to 220ºC, fan 200ºC, gas mark 7. Stir the ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce into the pizza sauce.

2. Arrange the bagels cut-side up on a rimmed baking tray and spoon the pizza sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle each with cheese and pepperoni.

3. Transfer to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and serve.

1kg chicken wings (approx. 15)

40ml Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons sunflower oil
¼ teaspoon flaked sea salt, plus extra to finish

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large-rimmed baking tray with foil. Set aside.

2. Add the wings to a large bowl. Combine the Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour the Worcestershire mixture over the wings and toss to coat.

3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the lined tray. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Rotate the tray, flip the wings over, and continue to cook for a further 10 minutes, until deeply browned and cooked through. Serve with a final sprinkle of salt and dip of your choice.

40g unsalted butter

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

¼ teaspoon garlic granules

½ teaspoon chilli powder

350g mixed nuts

¼ teaspoon flaked sea salt, plus extra to finish

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Add the melted butter to a large-rimmed baking tray.

2. Add spices and nuts, followed by the Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt and pepper, tossing everything to coat. Transfer the nuts to the oven for 15 minutes, shaking the pan a couple of times, until the nuts are deeply golden and toasty.

3. Serve up with your beverage of choice.
