This Guy Covered His House With 100,000 Christmas Lights

    When it comes to Christmas, Sami Hajjar does not mess around. Just look at his house.

    For 12 years now, Hajjar has been decking his Montreal home with Christmas lights. Last year he had 15,000 lights, but this year he bumped that up to 100,000.

    And it's pretty damn spectacular.

    "When I was young I always liked lights; I always liked passing by houses with decorations," Hajjar told BuzzFeed Canada.

    He spent many hours more programming the lights for hourly shows set to holiday tunes.

    People can even tag "Sami Hajjar's Christmas Display" as a location on Instagram.

    Why do it? He just wants to spread a little cheer.
