    Cop: It seems that it is empty in there, there is no person with a gun, there’s no one in the business at all, so everything is safe right now as far as we can see.

    To be clear, pot is not actually legal in Canada yet. Dispensaries operate in a very grey area and are often raided by Toronto police.
