The First Baby Bison Has Been Born In Banff In 140 Years

    This little guy is a big deal.

    This precious little babe is the first bison born in Banff National Park in 140 years.

    Known as Calf #1, the wee fluffcow arrived on Earth Day.

    The area was once home to roaming herds of bison, but overhunting decimated the population. This year, the government reintroduced them to the Alberta park, and now two more babies have followed Calf #1.
