Find substitutions. Substitute regular pasta for wheat pasta, ground beef for ground turkey. Plan ahead and meal prep. Eat filling combinations like apples and peanut butter, cheese and almonds, fruit and cottage cheese, veggies and humus. Also find a healthy muffin or egg sandwich recipe, make a shit ton and freeze them. Then when you’re rushing for breakfast you can just pop it in the microwave and eat it on the go. For dessert, I have a friend who will sautee bananas and cinnamon, or strawberries and whipped cream, or vanilla greek yogurt with some M and M’s or reeses pieces.
