    1. Kristen Bell as Ingrid de Forest

    Episodes: Season 6, Episode 3: "The Pawnee-Eagleton Tip Off Classic"; Season 6, Episode 6: "Filibuster"; Season 6, Episode 10: "Second Chunce"

    Bell played Ingrid de Forest, the mean girl Eagleton city councilor, who Leslie claimed had won the Miss Indiana Beauty Pageant while she was pregnant.
 Ingrid ended up replacing Leslie as Pawnee councilor after the Pawnee-Eagleton merger.

    2. Michelle Obama as herself

    First Lady Michelle Obama made a cameo in the Season 6 finale. After Leslie ran into Mrs. Obama at the National Parks Conference, the First Lady helped Leslie decide if she should take a job in Chicago.

    3. Andy Samberg as Carl the Park Ranger

    Episode: Season 2, Episode 19: "Park Safety"

    Samberg appeared in only one episode, but boy, was it a good one! He guest starred as Carl, one of Pawnee's park rangers. His character was best known for his SUPER loud voice.

    4. Joe and Jill Biden as themselves

    Episodes: Season 5, Episode 7: "Leslie vs. April"; Season 7, Episode 12: "One Last Ride"

    The 47th Vice President of the United States Joe Biden appeared not once, but twice (!!!) over the course of the series. In his second appearance, his wife Jill accompanied him too!

    5. Patton Oswalt as Garth Blundin

    Episode: Season 5, Episode 19: "Article Two"

    Oswalt's character is best known for his infamous filibuster scene in which he ranted for eight whole minutes about his ideas for Star Wars: Episode VII. Props to Oswalt, who admitted he improvised the entire thing.

    6. Justin Theroux as Justin Anderson

    Episodes: Season 2, Episode 13: "The Set-Up"; Season 2, Episode 14: "Leslie's House"; Season 2, Episode 15: "Sweetums"; Season 2, Episode 16: "Galentine's Day"

    Theroux had a short arc in Season 2, when he played an old high school friend of Ann Perkins (who was totally into him) and Leslie's short-lived love interest.

    7. Sam Elliott as Ron Dunn

    Episodes: Season 6, Episode 4: "Doppelgängers"; Season 6, Episode 19: "Flu Season 2"; Season 7, Episode 11: "Two Funerals"

    Elliott played Ron Dunn, the head of the parks department in Eagleton. He was pretty much Ron Swanson's twin, except Elliot's character was a vegan.

    Mad Men dreamboat Jon Hamm appeared at the very end of the Season 6 finale. He played Ed, the awkward National Parks employee that Leslie ended up firing.

    9. Jason Schwartzman as Dennis Lerpiss

    No one does hipster the way Jason Schwartzman does, which is what made his appearance as the owner of Pawnee's anti-mainstream video store so memorable. In an effort to save his incredibly niche store, he converted his shop into a porn video rental.

    10. Parker Posey as Lindsay Carlisle Shay

    Episode: Season 3, Episode 12: "Eagleton"

    Posey appeared as Eagleton's parks and recreation director. We find out that she used to work in the Pawnee parks department and was Leslie's best pal.

    11. Heidi Klum as Ulee Danssen

    Klum made a cameo in the Season 6 premiere where she played a European mayor who was being honored along with Leslie at the Women in Government event.

    12. J.K. Simmons as Mayor Stice

    J.K. Simmons guest starred as the mayor of Partridge, Minnesota. That's the same position Ben held as an 18-year-old before his impeachment.

    Pro basketball player Chris Bosh popped up in the series as one of Eagleton's high school basketball players.

    Burnham appeared as the undeniably American country singer Chipp McCapp. His most famous hit "Beautiful Like My Mom (Support the Troops)" certifiably slaps.

    Shepard played Hank Muntak, an executive at Pawnee's local TV station. Andy and Tom paid him a visit in hopes of arranging a better deal for Andy's show.

    16. Rachel Dratch as Roz Pinwheel

    SNL legend Rachel Dratch appeared only once during the final season of the series. She played Roz Pinwheel, the babysitter for Leslie and Ben's triplets.

    17. Chelsea Peretti as Zelda

    Before she joined the cast of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Peretti guest starred on Parks and Rec as a committee member named Zelda. Fun fact: Peretti was a writer on the show!

    Clarkson made a cameo as the dreaded and manipulative Tammy I, Ron's first ex-wife. She appeared only twice in the series, but boy, did she make an impact.

    19. Tatiana Maslany as Dr. Nadia Stasky

    Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany played Dr. Nadia Stasky, one of Tom's love interests.

    20. Newt Gingrich as himself

    Episode: Season 5, Episode 10: "Two Parties"

    The former Speaker of the House appeared on the show as himself. At Ben's bachelor party, the restaurant host mistook Garry/Jerry/Terry/Larry's last name Gergich as Gingrich. Unlike Biden and Obama's cameos, this one was purely coincidental. Gingrich happened to walk into St. Elmo Steak House as the episode was being filmed and writer-director Mike Schur decided he "couldn't pass up the opportunity" and wrote Gingrich into the episode.

    21. Will Forte as Kelly Larson

    Will Forte appeared as Kelly Larson, a Pawnee citizen who argued in favor of including the Twilight series in the town's time capsule. And TBH, he's not wrong because those books are legendary.

    22. Josh Groban as himself

    Episode: Season 7, Episode 6: "Save JJ's"

    Josh Groban made a very brief cameo in Season 7. In the episode, Donna and Tom were celebrating their annual Treat Yo Self holiday and just happened to see Groban flirting with the waitress at the same fancy restaurant.

    23. Bradley Whitford as Councilman Pillner

    Bradley Whitford played the retiring Councilman Pillner, whose seat Leslie and Bobby Newport competed for during Season 4.

    24. Ginuwine as himself

    Ginuwine guest starred as himself twice throughout the series. He played Donna's famous cousin who performed as a favor to her and the parks department.

    The late Arizona Senator John McCain guest starred twice in series. During his first appearance, McCain ran into Leslie who was angrily sitting inside a coat closet after having a fight with Ben.

    26. Sean Hayes as Buddy Wood

    The Will & Grace star appeared as Buddy Wood, a talk show host who was absolutely not the biggest fan of Pawnee.

    27. Fred Armisen as Raul

    Episode: Season 2, Episode 5: "Sister City"

    Armisen appeared as Raul, the vice director of the Venezuelan parks department. During his visit, he and his delegation also made plans for their Committee to Humiliate and Shame America. Leslie — for one — was not amused.

    28. John Cena as himself

    Episode: Season 7, Episode 10: "The Johnny Karate Super Awesome Musical Explosion Show"

    WWE superstar John Cena appeared on Andy's show. In the episode, Andy arrested Cena for stealing Johnny's guitar and banished him to the dunk tank (where April dunks him).

    29. Bill Murray as Mayor Walter Gunderson

    Episode: Season 7, Episode 11: "Two Funerals"

    Bill Murray appeared as the late Pawnee Mayor Walter Gunderson. However, Mayor Gunderson had never appeared on-screen before this episode. Fun fact: The writers had planned on casting Arnold Schwarzenegger but he couldn't take the role because he was still in office. We're not complaining though.
