Eight-year-old Saffie Rose Roussos was killed in the attack on Manchester Arena, Tarleton Community Primary School, which she attended, has confirmed.

"Saffie was simply a beautiful little girl in every aspect of the word. She was loved by everyone and her warmth and kindness will be remembered fondly. Saffie was quiet and unassuming with a creative flair,” headteacher Chris Upton said in a statement to The Guardian. “The thought that anyone could go out to a concert and not come home is heartbreaking.”

Saffie attended the Ariana Grande concert at the arena with her mother Lisa and her sister Ashlee Bromwich, who are understood to be receiving treatment for shrapnel wounds at a hospital in nearby Bolton.

Speaking to the BBC on Tuesday, prime minister Theresa May said it was "absolutely barbaric" to "cut off young lives in this way".

She added: "Our thoughts must be with their family and friends at this tragedy which has taken place."

Georgina Callander, an 18-year-old student from Lancashire, was the first victim of the Manchester attack to be identified.

Charlotte Campbell had made a number of public appeals to find her missing daughter throughout Tuesday, having continually tried to reach her missing daughter by phone.

“She had her phone with her but it’s dead, I don’t know whether she’s lost it in the stampede to get out of there, but she knows by number off by heart so I know she can contact me if she’s able to,” she told the Manchester Evening News.

The teen had just updated her Facebook with new photos of her and her boyfriend, Lewis Brierley, dressed up and smiling before attending a wedding.

Following her death, Campbell's father announced that the family will establish a trust in Olivia’s name to enable young people to take part in the performing arts, Olivia’s passion.

He said the their "memories are of happy times, of fun at family gatherings".

"The ones suffering most are the young people in our family," he continued in a statement via Greater Manchester police. "Their world has changed forever. Suddenly it is not so full of joy and possibility.

"With our love and care they will heal, so please don’t hate in Olivia’s name, we choose to love.

"Our thoughts are with the injured, may they reach a full recovery."

Campbell's father added that he wished to thank local police and emergency services for their support.

Olivia loved music and often sang to herself, her stepfather, Paul Hodgson, told CNN.

The 15-year-old attended the concert with her friend Adam Lawler for his birthday and had called her mother from the venue to say how happy she was to see Ariana Grande, an emotional Campbell told CNN.

"Music is my everything," Olivia's Facebook profile states.

Hollie was "heroically shielded" by her aunt during the attack, Brewster's uncle, Paul Dryhurst said, according to the BBC.

Brewster was a civil servant, and once worked at Irwin Mitchell solicitors in Sheffield. She had reportedly put a deposit down on a house in Sheffield with boyfriend Ian Winslow the day before the attack, the Sheffield Star reported.

"Not sure how this works but it isn't good news. Kelly Brewster wasn't one of the unidentified hospital patients. She has sadly passed away in the terror attack yesterday," Winslow posted on Facebook.

Marcin Klis was believed to be a cab driver at York Cars Taxi Service. A colleague from his workplace told The Telegraph: "It is all very raw right now – we are waiting for the owner of the company to come in. I’m not going to give any information out, out of respect for his family.

"It is worse for his family, I’m more concerned about his family right now. I’m more concerned about his daughter."

"Sorrell was only 14, but she was our rock, she kept us all grounded," he wrote. "She was a clever, talented, creative girl, there was nothing she couldn't do.

"She was going to be an architect and wanted to go to Columbia University in New York to study so that she could build hotels with slides coming out of the rooms, and so that she could build her mum a house."

Leczkowski was from Adel, a suburb of Leeds, according to Greg Mulholland, the Liberal Democrat candidate for Leeds, who offered his condolences via Twitter.

Online fundraisers have since been established to raise funds for her mother and grandmother, who were both injured in the blast.

"They were perfect in every way for each other and were meant to be. They were beautiful inside and out to ourselves and our families, and they were inseparable.

"Chloe always described herself as ditzy who Liam adored and would do anything for, including dealing with Chloe's demands for chocolate.

"They lived to go to new places together and explore different cities. They wanted to be together forever and now they are."

The Hilton hotel in Gateshead, where Curry and Rutherford both worked, paid tribute to the teenagers. "Our deepest condolences are with the family and friends of Liam and Chloe at this very difficult time," manager Martin Robinson said.

“She was everyone’s friend, thoughtful beyond belief with an effervescent and outgoing personality.

“She would have been devastated by the injuries sustained by her partner Paul, and we all wish him a speedy recovery.

“Elaine just loved life, and had a major love of music. Despite what has happened to her, she would want us all to carry on regardless and not be frightened by fear tactics, instead she regularly urged us all to rise up against it.

“Although we will all miss her beyond belief, we absolutely know she will live in our hearts forever.”

Courtney Boyle, 19 and Philip Tron, 32

Nineteen-year-old Courtney Boyle and 32-year-old Philip Tron, both from Gateshead, have been identified among the dead, their families have confirmed.

Boyle's sister said she "is now a shining yellow star in the sky".

Boyle's boyfriend also paid tribute in the statement released via Greater Manchester police. "My Courtney was an adventurer, a precious & joyous soul," he said. "She made people feel loved and feel safe.

"She was a soulmate, a friend, a daughter and a sister. No one had what that lass had, she was like no other. And she was on a path to fulfilment, and was happy when she passed.

"Nobody has ever made me as happy as her and I'm the person I am today because of her."

"Megan had a passion for music and loved going to concerts. She loved socialising and loved having family get-togethers.

"Cruelly taken from us on a night she had waited so long for. No words can describe how we feel right now, other than our hearts are broken and our lives are shattered.
"Goodnight. God bless. Beauty Queen."

Su-Benson-Carson, who is related to the family, posted about the "devastating loss" on Facebook.

Her aunt, Maxine Benson, said in a now-removed Facebook post that "her poor sister and Mike are destroyed beyond words... it doesn't seem fair for two kids to go to a concert and only one returns how in God's name could this happen to such a lovely family... heartbroken xx." In another post, she asked for reporters to "please give my family some privacy and respect at this devastating time."

Helen McDermott, who lives in the area and started a crowdfunding page for the family, told BuzzFeed News that she started the fundraiser to help Megan's parents, who own a local sandwich bar.

"Megan lived in our road & played with our daughter Leah as kids. Megan was a lovely, gentle little girl. Thoughts are with Brad, Jo and Mike. We just cant find the words... Deb, Ste, Leah, Nathan," Steven French wrote on the page.

"Megan was such a lovely girl who was so gentle and caring. Rest in peace sweetheart," said Michelle Morris.
