Last night Britain's skies went wild with tremendous electrical storms.
Early reports, at around 2.30am suggested that lightning had struck 28,000 times.
But by morning, the BBC reported that there had been a whopping 110,000 strikes across the country between 8pm and 8am.
Us Brits are easily impressed by weather, so needless to say, this storm blew our minds.
Seriously, look at it!
The sky's gone wild!
A massive downpour of rain accompanied the awe-inspiring flashes of lightning.
As weather goes, it was pretty metal \m/.
Storms have been brewing all week, and last night's beast saw the climax of this run of tumultuous weather.
Unsurprisingly, the noisy weather woke many people up.
While some stealth sleepers remained undisturbed.
Some of those who were awake found the whole thing pretty terrifying.
Shout-out to all the nervy, thunder-phobic dogs out there.
And don't forget to spare a thought for the other animals.
The general consensus though, was WHOOOOOAAAAAAA 🙀
Well done, nature 👏👏👏⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
