I saw my christmas pictures of 2014 and realized just how big i really was. I stopped buying coke and munch food. Bought more salads , fruits and slowly stopped eating junk food and now its been a year and one month and i have lost over 40 pounds and ran my first 5k today. I didn’t give up everything. I just relied more on healthier habits of eating and exercising. I do eat junk sometimes and feel no regrets because i still work my ass off everyday to become fitter.
Beyoncenis so fucken overrated.
