Lo and behold, she secured the follow — but recently, Teigen admitted that something about having the most powerful political figure in the United States following you on Twitter can be, well, a little limiting.

I have tweeted a handful of times since my treasured @POTUS following. In order for me to flourish as me, I must ask you to please lord unfollow me. I love you!!! It’s not you it’s me!!!!
Yet again, the President — or, more accurately, whoever's running his Twitter account — acquiesced. And Teigen immediately unleashed a profanity-laden cry of joy.
