We Finally Tried That 3D Mascara You Always See On Facebook And We Were Impressed

It's honestly pretty fabu-lash.

Hello people with eyelashes, four ladies here who have always desired longer and fuller lashes. If you're like us and have access to Facebook, you might have seen the trendy 3D fiber mascara from Younique.

The results have always seemed kind of...amazing? Are these really people's real lashes?

So we decided to get our hands on the product and try it out for ourselves. The set includes one regular mascara (transplanting gel) and a 3D fiber gel brush and costs $29.

However, the kicker is that you have to find a seller, as you can't just go to their website and purchase it straight-up. A litttttle annoying, but we were not deterred.

First up was Farrah who has short, stubby lashes and wanted to add some serious length. Here's what her lashes look like with zero mascara or product:

Next up was Sheridan who has curlier but relatively thin lashes, but wanted to add more volume and thickness. Here's what her lashes look like without any product:

Then came Lara who has medium-length lashes and wanted more length and volume. Here's what her lashes look like with no product:

And finally we have Nina who has very long lashes but wanted a little more volume and drama. Here's what her lashes look like with no mascara:

Overall, we were pretty impressed with this mascara. Sheridan thinks you can leave it, but if you have similar lashes to Farrah, Lara, or Nina it might be worth adding to your collection.

BuzzFeed received the mascara to try free of charge but were not obligated to review.
