    7. When you're really feeling the pressure, you only have time for one type of fitness.

    8. When you procrastinate, you procrastinate by baking.

    9. You get upset because you'll complain to your friends that you're stress eating, and they'll tell you to just "stop eating."

    10. You've tried to hide junk food from yourself before, but it never works.

    11. You have backup plans for when your usual food spots aren't open JUST IN CASE something stressful happens.

    12. Anyone who comes over to your house can tell when you're going through an emotional patch, because the only food you will have available to eat will be bread, wine, and cheese.

    13. If someone brings food around you when you're stressed, it automatically becomes yours.

    14. You consult food for all of life's woes.

    15. And you always carry snacks with you everywhere you go, JUST IN CASE.

    16. You do your best work when food is involved.

    17. And look, some people may not understand your need to eat when you feel stressed, but clearly they have no clue about the healing powers of pizza.
