Let's start off with the easy one. Where's cinnamon?

Cardamom contains cancer fighting compounds.

Can you tell me where is cardamom??

Saffron extract, specifically its crocin, is useful in the treatment of age related mental impairment.

Where's saffron?

Black pepper and its active compound piperine may have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Laboratory studies suggest that black pepper may improve cholesterol levels, blood sugar control, and brain and gut health.

Can you tell me where the black peppercorns are?

Mustard seeds are rich in a nutrient called selenium, known for its high anti-inflammatory effects. n The high source of magnesium in mustard seeds helps reducing the severity of asthma attacks and certain symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and lowering blood pressure.
