Nick Bastress (who works for Time Warner) decided he wanted to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Nicole, on a TV commercial.
The commercial, which took Bastress seven months to make, aired during the U.S.-Portugal game on June 22.
“She didn’t cry because she was so shocked,” Bastress told ABC News. “I mean this girl will cry at a 30-second Google commercial, but she was just too shocked.”
Even though Nicole didn't cry, she still said yes.
