It’s not exactly like people treat ice cream as a health food, though? I’ve never picked up a pint of ice cream and pondered if it was satisfying my DRV of various vitamins and minerals.

Can we not just let people enjoy things?

Please stop telling people to look for an “MD” after the name to make sure they’re a certified dermatologist. DO’s are doctors too, and there are plenty of DO dermatologists ?

Med student here: on my anesthesiology rotation, we anesthetized a 7 year old who couldn’t hear out of one ear so the doctor could get a better look in it. She pulled out not one, but THREE unpopped popcorn kernels. The kid swore he’d never seen them before.

It doesn’t feel like anything! Honestly they’re sort of thick like a swim suit bottom, and the inside is regular cotton like underwear. They’ve never felt wet to me at all, even after a whole day.

I haven’t worked at a grocery store and I was astounded that people didn’t realize that one
