Honoring celebs who use their star power for social change, DoSomething.org just released their annual Celebs Gone Good list. This year, it features stars who used their platforms to raise awareness for education, feminism, transgender rights, and more.

Here are this year's top 20.

20. Shawn Mendes

Why he's awesome: The mega teen star had quite the insane year with his successful debut studio album Handwritten, and he used his star power this year to team up with DoSomething.org to help boost self-esteem with his #NotesFromShawn campaign, and worked with Pencils of Promise to build a school in Ghana.

19. Misha Collins

Why he's awesome: He makes us all swoon on-screen in Supernatural, and Misha also helps change lives as the founder of Random Acts, "an organization that encourages people to do random acts of kindness, which has provided families in Nicaragua with the means to travel to get the secondary education they'd otherwise be unable to access."

17. Caitlyn Jenner

Why she's awesome: After coming out as a transgender woman, Caitlyn used her massive platform to help "raise a national discussion on gender and brought awareness to trans issues."

Why she's awesome: She's a stunning model, avid baker, and also extremely into coding. This year, Karlie used to her platform to rally for women in tech, launching Kode with Karlie, which gave 20 girls scholarships to attend coding classes at the Flatiron School.

Why she's awesome: The incredibly hilarious actress and writer used her 36th birthday to help give back, asking Twitter followers to share their favorite charities, which she made donations to. Additionally, she worked with eBay to auction outfits from The Mindy Project to benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action network.

Why she's awesome: Her sleek style slays both on-screen as queen Olivia Pope and IRL as well, and this year she used her love of fashion to help give back, designing a bag for Allstate Foundation's Purple Purse program which raises awareness about domestic violence and financial abuse. Kerry also worked with Michelle Obama and Sarah Jessica Parker to support veterans in Glamour Magazine.

Why he's awesome: The Biebs might have had a bit of a rocky time over the past few years, but he never stopped using his platform to help give back. This year, he helped raise money for his hometown's food bank (that once helped his own family) by throwing a concert and auctioning off personal items, raised money for the Stars for Autism campaign with the hysterical Bieber Roast, and helped grant wishes for Make-A-Wish kids.

Why she's awesome: Demi has been a constant source of inspiration for millions of fans around the globe, and this year she continued just that, launching The Lovato Scholarship to cover treatment costs for those suffering from mental health issues, as well as helping to launch Be Vocal, "an initiative designed to empower adults living with mental health conditions."

Why she's awesome: We've all reached peak Amy obsession this year, thanks to outrageous red carpet stunts, the hysterical Trainwreck, and pretty much every single word that comes out of her mouth. But after the tragic shooting during a screening of Trainwreck, Amy used her platform to "promote stricter gun control legislation" alongside her cousin Senator Chuck Schumer. She also helped raise over $176,000 for the National MS Society through her Trainwreck Comedy Tour.

Why she's awesome: Not only is she an incredibly talented actress, Viola also used her platform to shed light on the lack of diversity in Hollywood, sharing a very powerful speech during her historical Emmy win, reminding us that "the only thing that separates women of color from anyone else is opportunity."

Zendaya also used her 19th birthday to fundraise on CrowdRise to help AIDS orphans in South Africa.

Why he's awesome: Not only did John claim his status as a true comedy hero of 2015 while making us all cry laughing in both Trainwreck and Sisters, he also spends time granting wishes for Make-A-Wish kids, holding the record for "most wishes granted through the organization, with more than 500."

Why she's awesome: Angelina is pretty much a non-stop inspiration thanks to her incredible humanitarian work. This year, she used her platform to shine a light on the refugee crisis in Syria, writing an op-ed about the crisis for The Times calling on nations to act, and recently was promoted to Special Envoy of Refugee Issues. She also famously raised awareness about breast cancer writing an incredible piece about her own journey in the New York Times.

Why she's awesome: Unsurprisingly, flawless Queen B graces the list at #3 once again. While she generally stays under the radar when it comes to giving back, she and Jay-Z reportedly "spent tens of thousands of dollars in bail money to help jailed protesters in Baltimore responding to the killing of the unarmed Freddie Gray, and reportedly gave money to expand #BlackLivesMatter."

2. Miley Cyrus

Why she's awesome: Miley once again used her massive platform to launch the Happy Hippie Foundation, encouraging young people to "fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBTQ youth, and other vulnerable populations." And she also served as the face of MAC Viva Glam, which donates all proceeds to research for HIV/AIDS.

Why she's awesome: Topping the list for the fourth year in a row, T. Swift comes in at the top spot once again thanks to her countless charitable donations. When she wasn't busy selling out stadiums around the globe for her 1989 World Tour, she was using her star power to change lives. Swift helped give back by donating $50,000 to a young girl battling Leukemia, $50,000 to her backup dancer's nephew fighting cancer, $50,000 to the Seattle Symphony, and donated over 25,000 books to classrooms in New York City.
