Last month Disney unveiled a few ~exciting~ announcements about what's to come this summer across Disney World, including all things Frozen and Star Wars.
And this weekend, we got the chance to see some of the new attractions and experiences IRL, all of which will be making their debut this summer!
Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and all things Frozen are taking over Norway at Epcot, with new shops, meet and greets, and a Norwegian boat ride to transport you to the kingdom of Arendelle.
"It's a winter and summer celebration— Elsa has invited everyone up into her ice palace, so you get to see some of your favorite characters, and hear some of your favorite songs with all of the original voice cast from the film," Niederhiser said.
Over at Hollywood Studios, they've debuted a host of new Star Wars-themed attractions and shows, including an amazing new fireworks show, "Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular."
And you can currently experience the all-new Jedi Training, and "Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away" stage show, featuring Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, Darth Vader and more.
Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, Animal Kingdom will ~come alive at night~ and stay open after dark, featuring some of your current favorites like Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids, and Kilimanjaro Safari with a new late-night perspective.
And you can also take in brand new experiences like the "Rivers of Light" show, and the nightly Tree of Life awakenings.
Every night at sundown the Tree of Life awakens with scenes of nature and animals projected onto the massive tree, which continues to cycle throughout the night. And coming soon this summer, guests can experience 'Rivers of Light,' a "musical experience that will celebrate the magic of animals, humans and the natural world with a blend of performers, floating lanterns, and theatrical animal imagery."
