This morning, One Direction took the stage in Orlando for their Today Show concert in honor of their brand new album Four. The only slight problem is that Zayn was nowhere to be found — and by slight problem, I mean a major catastrophic event.
When the fandom first noticed Zayn was missing, it was like a million tiny hearts around the world were all shattered at once. Everything hurt and nothing was the same.
1. The world was incomplete:

When asked why Zayn wasn't in attendance, the boys responded that he was at home sick. Which prompted a ton of #GetWellSoonZayn tweets.

It was so earth-shattering and upsetting that even parents & grandparents realized Zayn was missing.

My mom and grandpa were watching the today show and my grandpa noticed Zayn was missing.
But everyone in the fandom knows it's not the first time Zayn has gone MIA.
